Q. Who are your Delivery partners?

A. Purple Panchi delivers globally and assures the use of the best possible transport/courier agencies to deliver your product/s. Most of our shipments are booked through FedEx & Delhivery within India & FedEx Economy for all other countries.

 

Q. Do you ship Internationally?

A. Yes, we ship our products to almost all geographies around the world. Please read our International Orders section for more details.

 

Q. What is the average delivery time for your products?

A. Since we follow a Made-to-Order Policy, we only start working on an order once you place it with us. Products on Purple Panchi are designer made and hand crafted. Due to the intricate and unique nature of the ethnic products available on our website, we take great pains in ensuring that we deliver only the best quality products.
Every product has a different manufacturing lead time that is mentioned on their respective product pages. We recommend that you go through the shipping time before placing an order.

 

Q. Do you offer cash on Delivery facility?

A. Yes, we offer Free COD services on roughly 12,000 pincodes all across India. Please use our pincode checker on any product page to check if your pincode has coverage.
In the highly unlikely event that your pincode is not covered for COD, pls write to us at orders@purplepanchi.com or whatsapp us at +91-8700935239 with you pincode and order value. Someone from our team will reach out to our delivery partners and try and get the package delivered.
We do not offer COD facility on International Orders.

 

Q. What are your delivery charges?

For Domestic Orders – No delivery charge within India on orders above Rs.2000. On orders below Rs.2000, we charge Rs.99 as delivery charge.
Delivery charge is not refundable in case of refunds and exchanges.

 

For International Orders - We charge International Shipping of $20 for the First Product and an additional $10 thereafter for every product added to the cart. Shipping charges are automatically added to your order at the time of checkout. All international shipments are sent through FedEx Surface. For Express Shipping - For customers who want to bypass the standard delivery time, we offer Express Shipping at a nominal cost varying as per product pricing. The charge is levied simply to cover our shipping charges as we ship all Express orders by an Overnight/Air courier service.
Please note that express shipping charges are not refunded in case of returns and exchanges.

 

For Reverse Pickup - Reverse shipment charges are borne by the buyer. We would charge Rs.200 for every reverse pickup request. Re-shipment charges are borne by us. Reshipment will only be done by Economy/Surface shipment by various courier companies.
We will waiver the reverse shipment charges ONLY in case of manufacturing defects. For sizing related pick-ups, the customer will have to bear the reverse pick up charges.

Q. I need my order delivered sooner than the publish shipping time. How do I ask for expedited delivery?

A. In order to accommodate ad-hoc requests and prioritise order queue we give you the option to choose for Express Shipping at a nominal cost. Please look for the following logo while searching for Express Shipping enabled products.

Not all products can be expedited owing to the intricate hand-crafted nature of the work and therefore will not carry the Express Shipping logo.

 

Q, Delay in Delivery

In case the delay in shipping is caused due to unavailability of stock Purple Panchi shall inform you by email and you will be able to choose an alternate product, opt for store credit or receive a refund for that product.
For all other related delays, our Order Management team will keep you updated by mail and/or whatsapp.

 

Q. How can I track my order on the website?

A. You can track your order once it has been dispatched by our team. You will get an email as well as a text with the tracking link of the package as soon as the shipment has been dispatched. Through the link you will be able to view the whereabouts of the shipment in real time.
Orders that are in the manufacturing stage cannot be tracked yet. You can drop a message on orders@purplepanchi.com or whatsapp us at +91-8700935239 with your Order number.
We are working on creating a pre-dispatch tracking process for you to exactly know how long it will the take for the package to reach you.

 

Q. I have placed an order with multiple items. What will be the delivery schedule?

A. In case you purchase multiple products in one order, all products will be dispatched together. Unless, you have opted for customisation, in which case, the order will be dispatched only once the customisation is done. In case your order contains part express shipping & part regular shipping, we will ship the express product first followed by non-express products.

 

VAT & Import Duties
The VAT / Custom Duty / Local Taxes / Import Duties are borne directly by the customer, to be paid at the time of delivery to our courier partner or as advised by our courier partner. Purple Panchi does not include these extra charges on our price (as displayed on the e-shop). These taxes will be chargeable over & above the product/order price you pay on the e-shop.
Please Note: These charges are ungovernable and they differ from country to country according to the local rules & regulations.

 

Transit Risk
All orders dispatched by purplepanchi.com are fully insured at no extra cost to the customers.

 

Shipping Address related concerns
Purple Panchi does not deliver to P.O. Box or Drop Box addresses. Customers are requested to provide full addresses with the postal code. Purple Panchi will not be liable for delays resulting from incomplete address listings. In such cases the customer will have to bear the reshipping charges.

NOTE:

  1. All products shall be shipped from India.
  2. Billing Address refers to the address where a customer receives credit card bills.
  3. Shipping address refers to the address where the order has to be delivered.
