Purple Panchi also will not be liable for delays resulting from incomplete address listings. In such cases the customer will have to bear the reshipping charges as well.
Shipping is free for all pan India orders.
Shipping charge as per actuals for international orders. Once order is ready for dispatch, customer will be notified through e-mail regarding courier charges. Same will have to be paid by the customer before dispatch. Courier receipt will be shared with the customer.
VAT & Import Duties
The VAT / Custom Duty / Local Taxes / Import Duties are borne directly by the customer, to be paid at the time of delivery to our courier partner or as advised by our courier partner. PurplePanchi.com does not include these extra charges on our price (as displayed on the e-shop). These taxes will be chargeable over & above the product/order price you pay on the e-shop.

Any product that you buy on purplepanchi.com, which is MTO (made to order), will be shipped between 3 to 4 weeks of order booking. We generally receive the supplier’s merchandise in our Order Processing Center within three weeks after the receipt of your order, post that we prepare your order and ship it via our courier partners.
NOTE: These days are merely indicative and your order could be shipped prior to or later than the mentioned date depending on the availability, customization and other factors attached to your order. The order dispatch time and shipping time varies from product to product.
All orders dispatched by purplepanchi.com are fully insured at no extra cost to the customers.
Purple Panchi does not deliver to P.O. Box or Drop Box addresses. Customers are requested to provide full addresses with the postal code.
Purple Panchi will not be liable for delays resulting from incomplete address listings. In such cases the customer will have to bear the reshipping charges.
Change of Shipping Address
The customer can change the shipping address within 24 hours of placing an order by logging into PurplePanchi.com and going to the ‘My Account’ section on the top right corner of the website. No changes in the shipping address will be entertained after 24 hours of placing the order.
Delivery of Multiple Products
In case you purchase multiple products in one order, all products will be dispatched together. Unless, you have opted for customisation, in which case, the order will be dispatched only once the customisation is done.
Delay in Delivery
If there is a delay in delivery caused due to any natural calamity, public holiday or any other unforeseen circumstance, Purple Panchi shall not refund, return, replace or exchange any order.
In case the delay in shipping is caused due to unavailability of stock Purple Panchi shall inform you by email and you will be able to choose an alternate product, opt for store credit or receive a refund for that product.
- All products shall be shipped from India.
- Billing Address refers to the address where a customer receives credit card bills.
- Shipping address refers to the address where the order has to be delivered.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
Purple Panchi does not offer COD service as of now.
